Summer Sweat Series Presented by Cutloose Studio
We’re back for Year 5 of Summer Sweat Series, and this season we’re kicking things up in a big way. Join us on May 30th as we launch another summer of high-energy, community-driven workouts designed to challenge, inspire, and bring people together — completely free to attend. What began as a simple outdoor workout has evolved into a full summer experience, and this year, we’re turning up the intensity and the fun.
Classes will take place weekly on Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM, running May 30 through August 15.
Every session is family-friendly and thoughtfully programmed for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, a seasoned athlete, or bringing your kids along, you’ll feel welcome and supported. We offer progressions and modifications so everyone can move confidently and safely while still getting a great workout — all at no cost.
